  26 year old female, 5'7" tall and 178 pounds, wants to remove her hanging stomach and spare tire. She also complains of a large, bulging pubic area that makes her self conscious in pants. Abdominoplasty with pubic lift and liposuction of the hips, flanks, and pubic area were performed. 14 inches of tissue were removed from the abdominal apron, 3.15 liters were aspirated, and the muscles were tightened over 3 inches.   48 year old female, 5'6" tall and 165 pounds, wants to regain an hourglass figure. She says diet and exercise have helped, but not around her waistline. Abdominoplasty with liposculpture of the hips and flanks were performed. Her stomach muscles were tightened 3 1/2 inches. Approximately 2 liters were removed from her hips and flanks during liposuction. About 6 inches of tissue were removed and her muscles were tightened about 3 inches. Photos were taken 8 months later.
