  49 year-old female, 5'8" and 190 lbs., wanted a Tummy Tuck and liposuction to regain her pre-pregnancy waist. 3.7 liters was aspirated from her hips, flanks, and braline. 12 1/2" of tissue were removed and her abdominal muscles were tightened 5". Post-op photos were taken 3 months later. She has lost about 30 pounds and 6 inches from her waist.
