Abdominoplasty with Liposuction of Hips and Flanks
27 year old female, 5'3" tall and 122 pounds, wants a tummy tuck to regain her pre-pregnancy figure. She has 5 children, ranging from 9 months to 9 years old. Abdominoplasty with liposuction of her hips and flanks were performed. Repair of a diastasis recti and tightening of her abdominal muscles 5 1/2 inches were performed. 15 1/2 inches of tissue were removed. 1,100 cc were aspirated from each hip and flank area for a total of 2.2 liters removed.
