33 year old female, 5'6" and 148 lbs. wanted a tummy tuck to get rid of her stretch marks and belly. An abdominoplasty with liposuction of hips and flanks was performed. 3.3 liters were aspirated. 9.5 inches of tissue was removed and the rectus muscles were tightened 3.5 inches.
