  54 year old grandmother, 5'7" tall and 150 pounds, wanted a tummy tuck to remove the loose, flabby skin of her stomach. An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) was performed.   33 year old female, 5'5" tall and 142 pounds, is interested in a tummy tuck and liposuction. She wanted to get rid of her stretch marks and loose, flabby skin. She is also unhappy with the excess fat on her love handles and sides. An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of the hips, flanks, and axilla was performed. Her muscles were tightened 3.5 inches and about 10 inches of tissue were removed. 3,150 cc were aspirated during liposuction. Post-op photos were taken 4 months later.
