  32 year old mother of three who wanted smaller breasts and to lift them back up to a normal position. She was a FFF cup and desired a more "appropriate" size. Liposuction of the axilla and lateral breast was performed along with breast reduction to improve breast shape. About 1 liter was aspirated in all, along with approximately 850 grams from EACH breast. "After" photos were taken 5 weeks post surgery. Patient states that she is a smaller D cup now.
