  Silicone Breast Augmentation with Vertical Mastopexy

  27 year old female, 5'7" tall and 135 pounds, wants a breast augmentation and lift to have perky breasts again. She has a small 34B and wants to be a small D cup. 425cc moderate plus profile silicone implants were placed through an areolar incision. Vertical mastopexy was also performed.

  Saline Breast Augmentation

  27 year old female, 5'4" tall and 140 pounds, wants breast augmentation to regain her pre-pregnancy volume. Her left breast is larger than her right and she would like to improve the symmetry. She is a 36B and would like to be a D cup. A 375cc moderate plus profile saline implant filled to 400cc was placed in the right breast and a 350cc moderate plus profile salineimplant filled to 380cc was placed in the left breast.
