  33 year old female, 5'6" and weighing 150 lbs. desired larger breasts. She was a 36B and wanted to have an appropriate size. After trying on different implant sizes, she decided she wanted to be a small to average D cup. 450cc saline implants were placed through periareolar incision, in a submuscular position.
