  26 year old female, 5'0) and 113 lbs. wanted fuller breasts and complained about the sagging of her right breast. She believe the sagging is due to breast feeding from her right breast. She was a 32A and wanted to be an average C cup. 350cc silicone implants were placed through an areolar incision.
