  Breast Augmentation with Areolar Reduction and Mastopexy

  43 year old female, 5'2" tall and 128 pounds, wants to reduce the size of her areolas and have bigger breasts. She notes that the left breast is significantly larger and she would like to make them more even. She currently is a 34B-C and would like to be a large D cup. 420cc saline implant was placed on the right and a 360cc implant was placed on the left.
