Rhinoplasty
23 year old female, 5'0" and 130 pounds, wants a nose job. She doesn't like the hump on her nose and wants an overall smaller, more feminine look. Rhinoplasty was performed. The hump was removed, volume of the nasal vault reduced, and tip refined. Follow-up photos were taken a month later.
