Botox

BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA), a prescription medicine, is a purified protein that temporarily improves the look of moderate-to-severe frown lines between the brows in adults younger than 65 years of age. It is administered by a healthcare professional as a simple, nonsurgical treatment that is injected directly into the muscles between the brows and works by blocking nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduces muscle activity that causes persistent lines to form between the brows. BOTOX® Cosmetic, introduced in 2002, is the first botulinum toxin to be approved by the FDA for stubborn frown lines between the brows. Collagen

Dysport

Dysport is a prescription injection for temporary improvement in the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults less than 65 years of age. With just 1 injection into each of 5 points between and above the eyebrows, Dysport stops the signal from the nerve to the muscles, ultimately resulting in a reduction of muscle activity and temporarily preventing contraction of the muscles that cause frown lines. The untreated facial muscles still contract normally, allowing you to freely show facial expressions, such as smiling, in untreated areas.

Hydrelle

What Should I Expect?
Since everyone's skin is unique, some patients may experience temporary redness, swelling or bruising. These symptoms normally disappear in a few days. No skin-testing is necessary, but Hydrelle is not for patients with sulfite allergies (i.e. red wine, dried fruit, etc). Hydrelle is FDA-approved for moderate to severe facial lines and wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds. Hydrelle is not recommended for use in the lips, for superficial lines, or around the eyes.

Latisse

LATISSE^® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03% is the first and only prescription treatment approved by the FDA for inadequate or not enough eyelashes, growing them longer, fuller and darker. LATISSE^® makes lash growth possible because of its active ingredient: bimatoprost. Although the precise mechanism of action is not known, research suggests that the growth of eyelashes occurs by increasing the percent of hairs in, and the duration of, the anagen (or growth) phase.
