Abdominoplasty
26 year old male, 5'9" tall and 156 pounds, lost weight and was unhappy with the laxity of his abdomen and lack of definition. He wanted a tummy tuck and wasn't bothered by the trade-off of a scar. An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) was performed with 6" of tissue removed and the muscles tightened 2". Post-op photos were taken 4 months later.
