  Male Breast Reduction (Gynecomastia)

  23 year old male who wanted to remove the "spare tire" from his stomach. He says that he has never been able to remove it with diet and exercise. Liposculpting of his abdomen was recommended. 1,300 cc was aspirated from his abdomen. Post-op photos were taken 6 weeks later.   32 year-old male wanted to shape his abdomen and chest. He especially disliked the way his appendectomy scar (right lower quadrant) has developed a "shelf" of fat above it.
