  Subcutaneous Mastectomy with Liposculpture of the Chest (Gynecomastia Surgery)

  28 year old male, 5'11" tall and 180 pounds, has been bothered by his breasts ever since puberty. No matter how much he works out, they have never gone away and he is now looking for correction of his gynecomastia. Subcutaneous mastectomy with liposculpture of the chest was performed. 950cc was aspirated from the chest and golf-ball sized breast tissue were removed from each side.   SQ Mastectomy with Liposuction of Chest

  37 year old male, 5'10" tall and 165 pounds, is interested in liposuction of the chest to have more definition. Upon closer examination, he is noted to have gynecomastia and is recommended to have subcutaneous mastectomy (breast tissue removal) performed as well. Liposuction of the chest was performed with approximately 800 cc. aspirated. Removal of the breast tissue under each areola was also performed. Follow-up photos were taken 18 months later.   Rhinoplasty

  32 year old male doesn't like the width of his nose. He feels that it is awkward and he wants better symmetry. Rhinoplasty was performed to reduce bumps on the dorsum, decrease his projection, lower the radix, narrow the osseous vault, and decrease the tip volume. Post-op photos were taken 5 weeks later.
