Policies for Skincare Treatment
Consultations We are dedicated to providing comprehensive client education and effective treatments for skincare concerns. As such, each new client receives a complimentary customized skincare analysis prior to treatment. Recommendations for long-term correction and at-home maintenance are also provided.
Scheduling Appointments are required for all treatments. Walk-ins are welcome to browse through our SkinCeuticals retail lounge and speak with our trained skincare consultants.
Arrival We recommend that clients arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. As a medical facility, we require that all new clients provide photo identification as well as to complete skincare history and treatment consent forms. For added convenience, forms may be downloaded in advance from our website: www.BeverlyHillsPlasticSurgeryInc.com.
Late Arrivals Each appointment is reserved to permit the proper amount of consultation and treatment time. In fairness to other clients, arrivals 20 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time are at risk for reschedule. Such late arrivals will be assessed the cancellation or no-notice rescheduling fee.
Cancellations We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to an appointment. A $50 fee will be assessed for those appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours advanced notification. This fee will be held as store credit for future purchase of products.
Standard Reservation Policy A credit card number, or an applicable gift certificate number, is required to secure an appointment.
Product Returns Your satisfaction is of our utmost concern. Unopened products in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt are eligible for refund within two weeks of purchase.
Added Comfort With any of our medically-based treatments, we offer complimentary application of a topical anesthetic.
Payment BHPS, Inc. accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Care Credit financing at specific payment plans for select services. Please inquire for details. Checks are not accepted.
Gift Certificates If paying by form of a gift certificate, the original certificate must be presented upon check-in and prior to treatment.
Parking and Validations Free 2 hour parking is available both north and south of our facility on Beverly Drive. Metered parking is also available along Beverly Drive. We are happy to provide 15 minute valet parking validation for medical-based appointments.
Gratuities Gratuities are appreciated and given at your discretion; they are not included in any service or package.
