This 61-year-old woman wanted to address facial and neck laxity, visible neck bands, and concerns related to a previous upper eyelid procedure.
Dr. Chiu performed a facelift and neck lift to reposition the underlying facial and neck tissues, remove excess skin, and create a smoother, more defined contour. A secondary upper blepharoplasty was also performed to remove excess eyelid skin and revise the existing scars while improving symmetry. PRF and exosomes were applied to support the healing process.
