Lets talk about Dr. Chiu at Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery. I was referred to him through a friend of mine and it has been one of the best referrals I have ever gotten. His office staff is simple amazing, they are always there to help you with anything you may need. They greet you as you walk into their office with a smile and some hot coffee with biscotti or warm tea mmmmmmmm. I had two procedures done with him and I have been very pleased with my results. He is an excellent surgeon. My mother had microdermabrasion and she loved it. I highly recommend Dr. Chiu to anyone wanting to do some type of cosmetic procedure..

My closest friend went to Dr Chiu for a full face lift 3 weeks ago and I’m amazed at the results. It usually takes 6 weeks for everything to settle in but he’s looking fantastic this early on. There was very little bruising or swelling. Dr Chiu was so attentive – he called several times to check up on him and also had 3 after care appointments to be sure everything went well. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Chiu for your plastic surgery. I’ve been seeing him for Botox and fillers. Always a great experience.

BHPS is an amazing establishment. From the moment you walk in, it is a 5 star experience. I was referred to come here for non-surgical procedures and received the BEST facial of my life here. I refuse to go anywhere else for a facial. I recently referred my best friend to have breast augmentation done here and I went to several of her post-op and pre-op appointments and they look FABULOUS!! I couldn’t say enough great things about their staff and Dr. Chui. His wife is also a gem and very helpful. Chammy is a SUPERB patient care manager!

Dr. Gabriel Chiu was a godsend. What a joy to meet such a passionate surgeon with amazing bedside manner and such amazing results. He is a perfectionist! He truly wants you to be happy and gives you exactly what you want. I went in for a tummy tuck and liposuction of hips and flanks. I had a distended stomach my whole life. Being an athlete, this made me very depressed. He immediately made me feel hopeful and look forward to my future. He is there from beginning to end. Very informative answering all of your questions not only in person but by phone and email whenever you need him. Dr. Chiu makes all of your worries go away. The follow up appointments were with him and not a physicians assistant, which we found happened with other surgeons. You feel much safer having your actual surgeon with you through the entire process. I was also impressed by the professionalism and pristine environment of the surgery center. All of the surgeons and staff have a great respect for Dr. Chiu and his flawless work. The office at BHPS is beautiful and the staff is so caring. They are all your team from the start including Dr. Chiu’s lovely wife, Christine. What a classy lady. She personifies what BHPS is all about, Classy, professional, warm, and inviting. I highly recommend Dr. Gabriel Chiu. It has been a truly life changing experience!

After looking at pictures of different plastic surgeons work on the internet including Dr. Chiu’s and going on a couple of consultations with other doctors, Dr. Chiu’s pictures told the story. Everybody looked great and exceeded the pictures of other well known surgeons in the area. As a result I made an appointment with Dr. Chiu. I was nervous at first, but the staff and his lovely wife, Christine, made me feel at ease and walked me through the scheduling and preparation for liposuction of my hips, thighs, stomach, and flanks. While in surgery Dr. Chiu even included a little extra fat removal of my upper back as an extra touch. Truly, he is an artist and sculptor as well as a skilled surgeon. I am more than ECSTATIC with the results. I am two weeks post surgery. My clothes are already loose and I’m sure I’ll be shopping for a smaller size. I’m recommending him to everyone. Thank you Dr. Chiu, Christine, and staff for my new body!

I had a tummy tuck done with Dr. Chiu in June of 2024, and I couldn’t recommend him more. I’ve loved the results I had post-op, and the care, professionalism, and support of him and his whole team was nothing but amazing. Care over the 1yr post op period was great, and recovery went pretty smoothly.
I would highly recommend Dr. Chiu if you’re looking for an amazing doctor to go to for something like this. 10/10 experience coming here

Staff, from appointment to front desk upon arrival, to escorted to treatment room, photographer, to follow up, all so nice, friendly, understanding, patient and accommodating. They made visit a very comfortable, rewarding experience. Besides Dr. Chiu's expertise, the staff made me feel I am talking to friends on the phone & visiting friends in office. I wouldn't be there if I didn't want an improvement. This is when I want no one else to see me. Early morning, NO makeup on, so very vulnerable but I'm at ease, not embarrassed and results of appointment is fabulous!!😄

I consulted with two surgeons in Chicago for diastasis recti repair, and Dr. Chiu’s consultation was by far the most thorough and reassuring. He took his time, explained exactly what he would be doing, and never rushed the appointment. I truly appreciated that transparency — it immediately built trust.
I avoided surgery for over 10 years because I believed I could fix the muscle separation through physical therapy and core strengthening. I worked extremely hard at it, but over time my lower back pain turned into a chain reaction of discomfort into my hips and even up toward my neck. There were days when my back was so unstable that I would hold myself up with one arm against the counter while brushing my teeth with the other, or lean into my elbows while doing dishes to take pressure off my lower back. Other medical professionals explained how the abdominal separation was likely contributing to the instability. By the time I began consulting with surgeons, I knew this was about function and long-term quality of life.
During consultations, abdominoplasty and liposuction were consistently discussed. I was hesitant at first because I’m conservative when it comes to surgery, but after speaking with close friends and family members in the medical field, I felt reassured that including the abdominoplasty was appropriate given what my body had been through — and I’m glad I did.
The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Chiu and his staff were exceptional — kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process.
Now, almost a year later, my back pain has improved immensely and my body feels stable and aligned again. I can brush my teeth and stand at the sink doing dishes without needing to hold myself up. That alone feels life-changing. Even simple daily things feel easier and more comfortable. Before surgery, excess loose skin would literally get caught when I zipped up my pants. That no longer happens, because the loose skin was properly removed — and that small but constant frustration is completely gone.
As an added benefit, I genuinely feel like I look like I’m in my 20s. People often assume I’m in my 20s and don’t believe I have four children, and friends who have known me for years keep asking what my “glow up” is.
I also believe preparation and recovery matter tremendously. I had surgery in April 2025, but I began preparing in January by cleaning up my diet and cutting out processed foods and alcohol. In the three weeks leading up to surgery, I followed all pre-op instructions carefully — focusing on protein, vegetables, hydration, and high-quality supplements. After surgery, I prioritized recovery with an exceptional nursing care team I was referred to, hyperbaric treatments, lymphatic massages, and several weeks of true rest. Healthy habits before and after surgery were vital to successful healing and beautiful results (before & after photo uploaded to Dr Chiu’s google page).
Most importantly, I feel strong, confident, and comfortable in my body again. I’m so grateful I chose Dr. Chiu.

Deserves 10 stars. Dr. Chiu goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well informed with your surgery decisions. After having three kids I came to Dr. Chiu for abdominal repair and tummy tuck. The surgery went as expected and a year post opp my results surpassed my expectations.
