Dear Dr. Chiu:
I wanted to extend to you in writing how pleased I was with how you interacted with me regarding my procedure on June 15, 2005. Being in the customer satisfaction business, I am acutely aware of the policies and procedures of businesses that rely on the satisfaction of their clients. My experience was very impressive.
