This patient is a 44‑year‑old woman, 5’2″ and 100 pounds, who underwent removal and replacement of her saline implants placed in 2018. After having children, she felt it was the right time for a refresh and chose to transition from saline to silicone implants. She selected a 400cc implant on the left and a 430cc implant on the right, and she is very pleased with her results
