This 59-year-old woman wanted to improve facial and neck laxity, wrinkles, visible neck bands, fullness beneath the chin, and age-related volume loss in the cheeks.
Dr. Chiu performed a facelift, neck lift with platysmaplasty, and liposuction beneath the chin to create a smoother, more defined facial profile and jawline. Fat transfer was also performed using approximately 4 cc in each cheek to restore natural-looking volume and improve facial balance.
