This 53-year-old woman wanted to improve facial and neck laxity, jowling, visible neck bands, under-eye hollows, wrinkles, and sun-damaged skin.
Dr. Chiu performed a lower facelift, neck lift, and platysmaplasty to create a smoother, more defined jawline and neck contour. Liposuction was used beneath the chin and along the jawline, while fat harvested from the abdomen was carefully transferred to the cheeks to restore natural-looking volume. A 30% TCA chemical peel was also applied to improve skin texture and visible sun damage.
